The contractor shall invoice at the actual installation cost of the , per location.The minimum installation charge shall apply only in cases where the installation cost of the blinds to go exceeds the minimum installation charge.

*Location is defined as one or more buildings within close proximity to one another requiring installation service. The minimum installation charge is not intended to apply to each building at a single location. When installation can be completed at more than one building, and it is not necessary for the installers equipment to be transported by vehicle between the installation sites, only one minimum installation charge should be applied.

There will be no provision in this contract for any increase or reduction in the contract prices for any installation for a state agency or public school without approval from the Division of Purchase and Contract.8. Substitutions

Substitutions are not permitted without prior written approval of this division. Failure of the contractor to comply with this requirement may result in the removal of the contractor from the contract.

Transportation Charges:

All goods shall be delivered FOB DESTINATION for all orders equal to, or greater, than the minimum order, when shipped to a single destination. Orders for less than the minimum order will be shipped prepaid, with transportation charges added to the invoice as a separate item. Transportation charges levied by the contractor for orders equal to, or greater than the minimum order, when shipped to a single destination, may be cause for removal of the contractor from the contract. In instances where the contractor makes partial shipments of an order to one destination which is equal to, or greater than, the minimum order, all shipments of the order shall be sent FOB DESTINATION with NO additional transportation charges.

How to Take Mini Blinds Measurements

In order to perform field measurements for venetian window blinds, first you have to determine whether the cheap blinds are to be mounted inside or outside the window. Please specify which method of installation will be required. If an inside mount is required, the width of the window should be measured at the top, the middle, and the bottom, with the smallest measurement being the measurement recorded. The length of the window should be taken on the left and on the right sides, with the longest measurement being the measurement recorded. The manufacturer will take the necessary deductions.

If curved budget blinds are desired, a radius of curvature may be given with the +/-r option. If given as +r, The curvature is upward (which is the usual configuration). If the option is given as -r, then the curvature is downward. The radius indicates how far from each slat its effective cylindrical center resides. The Upper Bucks Drug Treatment Center has also involved youth sports leagues in their efforts to reduce substance use and offer a Drug Treatment Center. Local coaches have attended Positive Coaching Alliance workshops called Double Goal Coach. The workshops are designed to train coaches of youth ages 818 on integrating positive youth development strategies as part of their coaching. Targeting this profession is important because youth sports organizations are second only to educational institutions as the segment of a community that can impact youth development.

History of the Mini Blinds

A Mini Blinds (mini-blind, miniblind) is a type of non-vertical window blind made of long, narrow slats held together by string and located inside the window. Its slats are not as wide as venetian blind slats.2 A Mini Blinds has more slats than a regular Venetian blind because its slats are narrow. The slats of mini cellular shades are less than half the width of regular Venetian Mini Blindss. The slats are opened and closed by rotating a rod or by directly pulling a string. They are raised and lowered by pulling other strings.

Helping Kids Choose Not to Drink

This year, the Drug Treatment Center launched a social norms marketing campaign in one middle school and three high schools. The goal of the campaign is to inform youth and parents that the majority of teenagers in Upper Bucks choose not to drink. In fact, a survey of 8th, 10th, and 12th graders combined found that two out of three had not used drug rehab in the last 30 days. The social norms campaign addresses the reality that the majority of youth over estimate how many of their peers engage in underage drinking. The Drug Treatment Center recruited 65 youth from 3 high schools to form what they call the Street Team to help plan and implement the project. Additionally, local businesses donated services and products to the campaign.
