Ping pong or table tennis is a very fast game. As the tiny plastic ball is driven from one side to the other side of the table at lightning speed, a player has a fraction of a second to react and propel the ball back to his or her opponent; indeed it is an ultimate test of agility and body coordination. Playing ping pong requires excellent footwork and body positioning. But more than the stance, a player needs to have an excellent grip on the racket to attain better performance.

The Palm Pre launched on June 6th but there are still shortages in stores. New shipments come in each week and customers are on waiting lists to get one. Palm says that they have been unaffected by the Apple 3GS that has recently sold over a million phones, and that the Pre is a success. The WebOS is drawing more and more developers and it will be very interesting to see what new apps come out in the coming months. Currently the best apps are the Pandora app and the Craig’s List app. More accessories and an extended battery are expected in July. If you cannot get a Pre you may find one on Craig’s List or eBay.
